Digital Research & Communication (DRC) is an Italian small and medium-sized enterprise founded in 2012 as a university spin-off of the University of Rome Tor Vergata. Established by professors, researchers, and experts in higher education, ICT, and digital communication, DRC combines strong academic roots with a practical and innovation-driven approach.

Although now operating as an independent SME, DRC maintains close links with the academic sector and is a member of the Rome Tor Vergata Science Park. The organisation has extensive experience working with universities, public authorities, companies, and local communities, both in urban and marginalised contexts, developing best practices in higher education, vocational education and training, and adult education.

DRC has played a key role in numerous European projects, particularly in research activities, digital product development, communication, and dissemination. With long-standing expertise in project management and financial control, DRC contributes to SPIN OVER with strong competences in digital storytelling, media strategies, and the creation of innovative digital learning resources.
